With a wide range of itineraries, trekking is for everybody. Setting out from Malè, one can find a variety of easy excursions. Recommended for the more expert, one can find more difficult excursions, too. In July and August breathtaking excursions through parks, offering visitors stunning landscapes views, are organised in guided tours. Malè and most of the Val di Sole offer some very technical itineraries for mountain-biking, with technical data, duration and advice for both the competitive and non competitive. One can find everything for mountain-biking at the bike shop "Andreis cicli" (situated in Malè). 20 detailed itineraries are listed in the brochure "Mountain Bike Val di Sole": This brochure can be found at any Tourist Board office. Just outside of Malè there is a natural rock climbing gymnasium named "C. Costanzi". It offers about 40 routes, with difficulties ranging from 4 to 7 C (mostly betweeen 6A and 7A). Val di Sole Alpine Guides are available for lessons. At the shop "Pianeta Sport" one can find everything for this sport. In Malè there are two artificial climbing gymnasiums. Located at the playground is the one for children. The other one is seasonally erected in the town main square.

RAFTING:
There are descents ranging from 3 to 25 kms in length, with different degrees of difficulty and duration (from 2 hours to the whole day).
Equipment is supplied by the centre, and with every raft there is a guide.
Rate range: from €. 21.00 to €. 72.00 per descent.

Hydrospeed (river bob):
It is a new form of descent, which guarantees strong emotions and it is easily learned. Descents range from 4 to 8 kms and last at least 2 hours.
Rate range with guide: €. 25.00 to €. 45.00 per descent

CANOE KAYAK
Offering courses at different levels, for a week as well as for the week-end. Slalom and individual lessons are given with the help of audio-visual means. All equipment can be hired.

The "Centro di equitazione alpina Val di Sole" (riding centre) in Pellizzano, 14 kms from Malè, organizes not only horseback riding classes, but also excursions and horse treks of several days.

It is possible to fish trout in the rivers and in the lakes of Val di Sole from 2nd March to the 30th September.
One must have a fishing permit and a daily permit to fish, which can be purchased at the following places in Malè: Bar De Oliva, Pianeta Sport, Bar Degustazione vini tipici.
Price: €. 12.50 for adults and €. 6.50 for children younger than 14 years. It is possible to purchase a 5 day permit for €. 52.00 (at Agenzia Lonardi, vicolo Frattaglia, tel. 0463 901376).

Parasailing and handgliding are possible in Val di Sole.

There are several take-off areas. The ones with wind sails are Ortisé, Peio, Malga Alta di Bolentina (Malè).Only in Pellizzano it is always possible to land.

Val di Sole also offers two-seats flights.

Malè has the only public swimming pool in Val di Sole.
Its dimensions are 25 x 10 m., depth 1.2 m. to 2 m. Lawn is available for children and sunbathing.
